I have some really disappointing news to share with everyone…

After more than two years with our office in downtown Overton, we’ll officially be closing our doors on October 31st. 💔

But don’t panic—we’re not going far. In fact, we’re leveling up! 👉 We’re opening a larger, fully remodeled office in Logandale. Renovations kick off next week, and we can’t wait to give the space a fresh facelift and welcome you in once it’s ready.

What We’ve Been Up To

It’s been a busy and exciting season for Team Kolhoss:

• National Recognition – I was honored to be named to Tom Ferry’s Top 30 Under 30, and had the chance to attend the annual Success Summit in Dallas to collaborate with some of the top agents across the country.

• Client Wins – We’re scheduled to close on 6 homes in October, including 3 off-market deals secured exclusively for our buyers.

• Market Reach – We now hold the largest homeowner database in the Valley, giving us a unique advantage in connecting buyers and sellers.

• Growth & Support – We recently partnered with eXp Realty, which unlocks more tools, technology, and support to better serve our clients.

• Upcoming Listings – Keep an eye out—we’re bringing 5 new homes to the market this month.

A Little Personal

On the personal side, our family got a little bigger—I brought home a new German Shorthaired Pointer named Marvin. He and Ranger are already best friends, and it’s safe to say they keep life lively. 🐾
