Home Search

Purpose:

Explore, evaluate, and refine what “home” really means to you.

What Happens:

We’ll schedule showings, send curated matches, and stay in constant communication as we narrow down your options. You'll also get access to listings the moment they hit the market—and we’ll actively scout off-market properties through our network.

Making an Offer

Purpose:

Present a competitive, well-structured offer that reflects your goals and the current market.

What Happens:

Once you’ve found the right property, we’ll review comps and advise you on price, terms, contingencies, and timelines. Our job is to structure your offer to stand out—while still protecting your best interests.

Negotiation & Acceptance

Purpose:

Secure the best possible terms and transition into escrow smoothly.

What Happens:

We’ll handle negotiations, whether it’s price, repairs, timelines, or credits. You’ll be updated every step of the way and we’ll advise you clearly on next moves. Once both parties agree, the deal is signed—and you’re officially under contract!

Escrow & Closing
